Web lawsuit

A LEADING home mover has filed a lawsuit against Baidu search engine for hosting thousands of links to illegal moving firms. Gongxing Logistics said the links to the illegal firms, which use its brand name, cost the company business and damage its reputation. Gongxing wants Baidu to remove the links, issue a public apology and pay 100,000 yuan (US$15,000) compensation.
